Participation options

1. EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL

INDOOR SPACE

Example:

The net area for subsequent construction (standard construction or custom design).

Includes: general cleaning and pavilion security. Electricity is not included in the price.

EQUIPPED SURCHARGE

Example:

Includes: basic electrical connection (220V - 5KW), wall panels, carpet flooring, company name on the fascia panel (up to 15 characters), one 80*80 table, chairs (minimum of 2), power socket, trash bin, lighting fixtures, general cleaning, and nighttime pavilion security.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Example:

Participation with a booth includes a registration fee.


The registration fee covers: publishing the company's activity description on the official exhibition website and in the Iteca.Events app, badge printing, marketing support, invitation tickets to the exhibition (in printed form) as well as an electronic version in the personal account, two invitation tickets to the evening reception for the exhibition opening, a participant certificate, general cleaning, and nighttime pavilion security. This amount is mandatory.
